Tomatoes, frozen

1. Cut tomatoes in half and place, cut side up, on a cookies sheet (with

raised edges) lined with parchment.

2. Sprinkle liberally with Mrs. Dash (original) and Italian seasoning.

Then sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3. Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes.

4. Cool. Then place the cookie sheet, uncovered, in the freezer.

5. When the tomatoes are frozen, place them in freezer bags.
