Baked Honey Mustard Salmon

Baked Honey Mustard Salmon
Ingredients:
1 lb salmon fillets
Combine and set aside sauce:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
4 tbsp honey
4 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, grated
¼ tsp smoked paprika
Pinch cayenne
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 lemon, sliced
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F.
Line a small casserole with thin lemon slices.
Place the salmon on top.
Pour ½ the sauce over the salmon; spread til well coated.
Bake for 12-14 minutes, til salmon is cooked through.
Pour remaining sauce over and broil for 2 mnutes.
Remove; squeeze remaining lemon juice on top.
Sprinkle with parsley.
