Not receiving our newsletter?
We send out a newsletter approximately every two weeks. It’s been brought to our attention that there may be an issue impacting Sasktel subscribers / email users.
We looked further and other community groups have reported this struggle getting their newsletters out to Sasktel subscribers. Here are instructions for fixing your SaskTel email account's spam settings so that emails from STS Moose Jaw and STS Provincial get through to your inbox.
When following the instructions in the picture above, it will help to highlight, copy, and paste the following "trusted sender domains: @stsmoosejaw.com" "stsmoosejaw.com".
We used to send this email (newsletter) from stsmoosejaw@gmail.com; then a few months back there was a change at Sasktel. so that you could no longer send from "gmail.com" because scammers and spammers were too often using it. You should allow "@stsmoosejaw.com" "stsmoosejaw.com" as the domain name. Not sure if you need the @ there or not, so that's why it is listed both ways.
Also, per another STS Moose Jaw Member: enter the Sasktel Website – Webmail and check the Spam filter to see if newsletter@stsmoosejaw.com has been quarantined, and if so, click to mark it as OK so it comes through as it ought to.
